“Gestalt” - Rindigo
A friend of mine, who goes by Rindigo in the musical realm, has recently completed an EP of minimalistic dreamy organic dubstep (in the vein of Burial) that you ought to melt into.
The song Streetdaze is also exquisite, check out his Soundcloud for the rest of the EP and his other experimental works.
Highly recommended for nocturnal creatures or souls of the daybreak hours.

Ego - Burial & Four Tet feat. Thom Yorke
Latest creation by reclusive master Burial. I don’t really have any words for this song, it’s self-explanatory. Mellow, deep, caresses yer soul. one of those songs where you realize that analysis and extraneous explanation are unnecessary and you can just sink into the lush embrace of these good vibrations
normally Thom Yorke’s voice gives me the creeps in a bad way, but it works here. The last two minutes…mmh
“Moth” - Burial & Four Tet
This song magnificently combines Burial, Four Tet (who makes stellar remixes), moths, 2-step, and minimalism. Electronic music like this really ought to be more pandemic. This song reminds me of what I personally love about electronic music—it is a quintessential example of artists allowing avante-garde musical styles to emerge and gain power, especially in a modern setting. Many other genres have stonewalled or become caricatures of themselves over the past decade, an example being the absurd amount of metal subgenres, which nobody can collectively define to a satisfactory degree and creates a whole lot of ill will.
What this music is doing, besides transporting you to a somnambulistic land where forests float in the sky and amiable robots hand you bouquets, is reminding listeners of the ludicrousness of attaching labels and creating categories. We are so eager to pin a label onto a song and then shove it into a drawer, complacent with our success, that we miss out on a significant portion of the listening experience. While it is good to differentiate music to a certain extent, the boundaries between musical genres must be blurred and toyed with, interwoven, even transcended—an admirable feat demonstrated magnificently by both Burial and Four Tet, two of my own electronic darlings.
Or, perhaps I’m overestimating the implications of this music, and should simply enjoy the lovely electronic musings tickling my eardrums. Here is another rad Burial song, sans Four Tet.

Not normally a huge dubstep fanatic, but this is a really excellent track.
